We put everything into pursuing the perfect steak, from the field to the butcher’s block to the grill, so only the finest, most flavoursome cuts make your plate. All our beef is carefully and ethically sourced from trusted farmers and our chefs are trained at our very own ‘Steak School’ so they’re the experts in how to prepare and cook each cut to your exact personal preferences.

We’re excited to bring you everything you love about Miller & Carter from the comfort of your own home. All it takes is a couple of taps on Deliveroo and you can enjoy your very own steak, cooked just the way you like it, without lifting a finger.
We are also offering a Call & Collect Takeaway service, simply ring our restaurant to place your order and arrange a collection time.

At Miller & Carter we serve the finest 30 day aged steak. Our cattle are reared on a selection of handpicked Scottish farms, and fed on both grass and grain to produce full flavoured, quality steak. Our beef is aged using both wet and dry ageing techniques to provide the optimum succulence and flavour. Our expert butchers then hand cut every steak ready for our specially trained chefs to season and grill them to perfection.
We have 12 expertly grilled steak cuts to choose from, including a 30oz Long bone Tomahawk, and our award-winning sirloin steak. Alongside our steak, we offer a range of tempting dishes including our Handmade beef burgers, grilled meats and ribs, and delicious fish dishes.
