Serving the perfect steak is our passion – we’ve even been awarded ‘Masters of Steak’ by the Craft Guild of Chefs for our efforts. We work closely with our hand-picked suppliers to age our steaks for a minimum of 30 days and use seasoned experts to train our chefs at our very own Steak School. This means we’re able to deliver the steak experience that you deserve, as flavoursome and tender as our master butcher intended.

Booking a table at Miller & Carter couldn’t be easier…

Discover a range of exceptional dishes on our stunning main menu at Miller & Carter Telford. It’s packed with an incredible selection of nibbles, starters, tender steaks, prime steak burgers, fish & vegetarian options, as well as a superb range of sides. 

Indulge in a truly luxurious experience from the Masters of Steak with our prime steak cuts, aged for at least 30 days to ensure every single one is absolutely divine. We’re continuing our work with the Craft Guild of Chefs so that we can continue to elevate our standards and exceed your steak expectations every time. 

 You can try something a little different and warm yourself right to your toes with our Buttermilk Chicken. Grilled, boneless tender half-chicken, served with sweetcorn purée, dauphinoise potatoes, grilled tender stem broccoli and rich chicken dripping gravy — heavenly.
