From Thursday 16th September, for a limited time only, experience the exceptional luxury of our Master Butcher’s Cut. Our Master Butcher has scoured the world for some of his very favourite prime cuts and we’ll be bringing you a taste of something different each season.

New to our menu from 16th September is the Australian Grass Fed Sirloin 12oz. Aged for a minimum of 50 days, this cut is from grass-fed cattle reared in Queensland and New South Wales – the prime cattle rearing regions in Australia.

Our expert chefs recommend you enjoy this cut medium rare to appreciate the flavour and succulence of the steak. True steak connoisseurs will need to experience these flavours for themselves before this specially selected Master Butcher’s Cut disappears from our menu…
