New to our menu from 29th July is the 30 day aged Irish Grass-Fed Rump 16oz. This delicious steak is a full-face rump, coming from grass-fed cattle reared by trusted local farmers in Ireland.  

Our expert chefs recommend you enjoy this cut medium rare. True steak connoisseurs will need to experience these flavours for themselves before this Master Butcher’s Cut disappears from our menu…
