Rest assured that our chefs treat our carefully sourced 30-day aged British beef with the respect it deserves. Our open kitchen is testimony to that. Whatever your preferred cut - ribeye, fillet, sirloin or perhaps a chateaubriand between two - it'll be as flavoursome and tender as our master butcher intended.

Wine and Cocktails

Steak isn't the only thing we're selective about at Miller & Carter Ruislip. We also take great care in crafting a drinks list that perfectly complements all of our dishes.

Perfect Partners

Whether it's a rich barolo with an intensely flavoured ribeye, or a silky smooth pinot noir to partner a subtly flavoured fillet, when it comes to matching wine with steak it just has to be red.

That's not to say our wine list doesn't include plenty of well-chosen white, rosé and sparkling wines by the glass and bottle. And there's no better way to break the rules than with champagne and chateaubriand to share

Cocktails, beers and the rest

Cocktails are also a speciality. Our bar tenders mix a mean Steakhouse Sour, alongside other classics and their own modern creations. Or if beer is your preferred tipple, you'll find premium continental lagers on tap as well as a good bottled selection. Plus we've a variety of spirits, soft drinks and coffees.
