At Miller & Carter Steakhouses we source succulent and flavoursome steaks from specially selected West Country farms. Aged on the bone for seven days before being matured for a further 21 days, our beef steaks are amongst the best there are.

  • It's matured for a minimum of 28 days
  • Before being prepared to exacting standards by our master butcher
  • Then it's cooked by our expert grill chefs

Our Onion Loaf is made to a secret recipe and you'll get a portion with every steak we serve. What's more you will also enjoy a full quarter iceberg lettuce smothered with your choice of Bacon with Honey & Mustard, garlic & chive mayonnaise with Parmesan shavings or crumbled Stilton and blue cheese dressing.
