Every Steak has History

First prepared for the author, diplomat and nobleman, Vicomte de Chateaubriand in the early 1820's this steak has achieved near mythical status. Our Chateaubriand comes from the Miller & Carter West Country farms and is hand cut to our exacting specification by our master butcher - aged for 7 days on the bone, it goes on to be dry aged and matures for a further 21 days to give it a fuller flavour. These really are very difficult steaks to get hold of so, be warned, you will have to dine early to enjoy this gastronomic experience.

A Complete Package

Our Chateaubriand is for two is served with our famous onion loaf, parsley butter, seasoned fries, iceberg wedge and 2 sauces of your choice. And please don't forget that it's only available on the weekends. If you need more info on what's available please do call us on 0121 744 1905 before you come.

Finally, we believe that a great steak deserves a great wine and Chateaubriand is superbly complemented with our Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon a full bodied and robust red that's crammed with luscious fresh blackcurrant fruit.
