Miller and Carter in Solihull

RSS Solihull's Newest Restaurant Opens to High Acclaim

The new Miller & Carter Solihull Steakhouse & Bar on Tanworth Lane threw an exclusive launch party on Thursday, 27th November to give our guests their first look at Solihull's latest and greatest restaurant and pub.

Find Us & See for Yourself

The party, which was invite only, was attended by over 200 people including a number of former Aston Villa players.

Succulent Steaks Perfectly Grilled

As well as a first chance to see the restaurant, guests were given the opportunity to sample the expertise of our chefs as we treated them to a wide selection of dishes from our range of premium steaks. These included our three signature cuts;

  • Our iconic T-Bone - need we say more
  • The succulent Porterhouse - a fantastic sirloin on the bone
  • A timeless favourite Cote de Boeuf - the classic bone in rib steak

Expert Butchers & Premium Beef

An expert butcher was on hand to explain how all our steaks are cut from Casterbridge beef, a small co-operative of farmers who adopt a unique approach to rearing and delivering premium steaks. He explained how all the Casterbridge beef supplied to the Solihull restaurant is matured on the bone for 28 days for extra flavour and tenderness.

Fine Wine Lead a Great Range of Drinks

To make the evening even more special we invited a number of experts to explain what makes the Miller & Carter drinks range so good; wine experts from Conch Y Toro and Cyder makers from Aspall's were among a host of knowledgeable suppliers describe some of the unique features of our extensive range of wines and drinks.
