Our chateaubriand is a steak to share on a special occasion: like an anniversary, an engagement, a birthday or even a promotion. Or just because someone you know deserves to be spoilt.

Like all our steaks the chateaubriand is sourced from specially selected West Country farms, matured for 28 days and prepared exactly to your taste by chefs who appreciate what they're cooking.

It's a wonderful cut of beef from the centre of the fillet, named after the demanding French diplomat for whom it was created.
