Chateaubriand is considered the most tender of steaks and is a special centre cut from the beef tenderloin. This is such a special steak and it's just £40.95 for two sharing.

Every Steak has History

First prepared for the author, diplomat and nobleman, Vicomte de Chateaubriand in the early 1820's this steak has achieved near mythical status. The Miller & Carter Chateaubriand comes from our West Country farms and is hand cut to our exacting specification by our master butcher - aged for 7 days on the bone, this steak is then dry aged and matures for a further 21 days to give it a fuller flavour. It is now available every day so come along and enjoy a treat any time of the week.

A Complete Package

The Miller & Carter Chateaubriand is a steak for two and is served with our famous onion loaf, parsley butter, seasoned fries, iceberg wedge and two sauces of your choice.

Finally, we believe that a great steak deserves a great wine and Chateaubriand is superbly complemented with our Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon, a full bodied and robust red that's crammed with luscious fresh blackcurrant fruit.
